Return Policy

Gluten Free Mama’s Return Policy

Gluten Free Mama takes pride in our products we make and sell and your satisfaction is our top priority!  If you are unsatisfied with your product or have a damaged product we will replace or refund for the purchase price immediately.  

 

Damaged Product

If product arrives damaged, please accept our apologies. We will promptly re-ship the same item to you at no additional charge. Please email us or call us about damaged product within 24 hours of receiving product. Email: orders@glutenfreemama.com  Email Subject: Damaged Product  Email Body: list the order number, UPC code, Date code, Product damaged, How Many, and breif description of how order arrived. (For our records) Attach Picture of Damaged Product 

Unsatisfied with Product(s)

Gluten Free Mama believes in her products and your satisfaction is our priority! If you are unsatisfied with the quality of Gluten Free Mama’s Products we will happily accept returns or replace the product or explain how to best use the product.  Gluten Free Baking is so different than baking "normal", so sometimes it just helps for Mama to talk you through the recipe. Please contact us within 30 days of purchasing products if you are unsatisfied.

Email Orders@glutenfreemama.com.  Subject Line: Unsatisfied with Product  Email Body: List order number (found on receipt), UPC Code, Date Code and reason for return or why you are unhappy with product. List whether you want to try product again or prefer a refund. Also, include your name, address, phone number and your email so that we can replace or refund your product.  In some cases, we may ask you to return the product to us, in which we will provide a return shipping label at our expense for your convenience.  We will either replace the product or issue you a refund for the price of the product only, shipping not included.

 

Ordered the Wrong Product(s)

If you ordered the wrong product we will happily return the product, but you will need to ship the product back to us at your cost.  Shipping fees are not refunded.
