I have made pound cake from scratch for the past 40 years - for many years I made wedding cakes and this recipe was the only one I used. My granddaughter is now Celiac so I decided to try the pound cake with some of GF Mamma's Almond flour. The only change I made to the recipe was add Xantham Gum. You would not believe the compliments I got on that cake. It was perfect. Thank you Gluten Free Mama! Now I must master cinnamon rolls.

Perfect substitute for all baking recipes. Carrot cake came out perfect and no one knew the difference! Waffles unbelievable. Cookies great but make sure you cook about 25 degrees lower and a bit longer. This formula is my go to and I rely on it. I never did food mail order but this product is so far superior, it has changed my mind.

I have good luck using this flour in most baked goods. It is easy to bake with in GF recipes and standard recipes too. I have to order it because there are no mid-Atlantic stores carrying it. Another bonus is that the heavy plastic packaging ships well. One of my shipments was delivered to the wrong address and sat outdoors in wet weather. No harm to the products, but the shipping box was waterlogged.

I have tried other almond flours and this one has the texture closest to wheat flour. Others have been gritty and meally, unlike Gluten Free Mama.

I have asked in different grocery stores if they have GF Mama's flours and if they have said, "No", I inform them of your high quality, and tell them I will go somewhere 'til I find them because they are the ONLY GF flour I will use!

I have been gluten and corn free for the last 4 years. I am a baker and have struggled with baking for these last 4 years. Blending flours and making things taste good has been so discouraging! I baked the Banana Muffins with your Almond Flour from your web site recipe and they are wonderful! I am sold! Thank you for making my life easier!!!

I have been gluten free for four years, and have tried just about every gluten free flour on the market, and even mixed my own, which was very expensive. None of them were really good, I had begun to think that I would rather go without eating foods with these flours in them. I bought my first bag of Mama's Almond blend and found that I can once again enjoy the foods I had before. With Almond Blend I can make all of my favorite recipes, gluten free, can't believe how good they come out, my family can't believe it's gluten free!

I was introduced to GF mama by a friend who has celiac's. She raves about your stuff. No one in my family has celiac's but we may have some gluten intolerance. I have slowly been making healthy changes in my family's diet-and so far this has been my fav choice!

This is the best gluten free flour we have found in the last 10 years. It makes the best ever pancakes. The orange cupcakes in the first cook book are to die for, delicious.
