The flour is fantastic, as is the service. The four makes the best gluten free rolls that I have ever eaten. I will be buying again.

When one enters the world of gluten-free there is much trial-and-error (MANY errors!) while seeking palatable products. Gluten-free Mama flour is THE BEST!!!! It is so finely ground, there is no graininess at all. And it does not have a weird aftertaste. It adapts well as a substitute in all the with-gluten recipes I have tried...just remember the xanthum gum. As a rule of thumb, I use a scant 1/2 tsp. xanthum gum per 1 c. flour. I will not even try another flour...when I find something good I do not want to waste any more money on experiments!

I have celiac sour and searched for, and tried more gf flours than I can remember. Once we found GFMamma's flour, I have used nothing else to make my bread with. Wife also loves it for the pizza dough and pie crust .

We've been eating gluten free for over 5 years now and Mamas Almond Blend is THE BEST flour blend for dinner rolls I've ever made gluten free!!! We LOVE it!!
We're going to try in for gluten free cinnamon rolls and donuts!!!

Love this GF flour. It is the best...and I have tried them all. Recipes turn out great and hold together perfect. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because I have to order it online instead of buy at store. And the price is really high.

I have now used this blend twice...first time with a recipe calling for it...perfect results! Great flavor!
Second time...I just used it as sub for all purpose flour in a favorite cake recipe. Following the suggestion on bag & added 1tsp zanthum gum to my recipe & used the same amount of almond blend flour for recipes required all purpose flour.

I have been so pleased with the results of the baked items I've made using the almond blend flour. I am new to gluten free baking and my familyhas been delighted with the results. My niece in South America wants me to send her some. :)
