I have been using this flour a number of years. I have the same great results using it. I never noticed until someone pointed out that technically the name may be misleading as almonds are the last ingredient and is made up from mostly rice flours. Makes sense people would be upset it barely has any almonds. That being said this mix is by far the best thing I have used and we tried so many. We have to be gluten free and this has given us the freedom to make thing people can not even tell is gluten free. I hope they always se.like this because it is at this time a good price and used literally every single day in our house. Examples: apple crisp, chicken strips, thicken homemade soups, stews and gravy, tortillas which we use to make taquetos, enchaladas, quesadillas, tacos, elephant ears, pound cake, triple lemon cupcakes, bandana bread, lemon bars, chicKen fried steak, lemon pound cake, French bread, baguettes, sandwich bread, chocolate cake, eggnog cupcakes, biscuits, scones, pancakes, chicken cordon bleu, Condensed cream of chicken and mushrooms soup. Yes this is just a tiny bit of what I have made using it.

I have tried so many gluten free flours. Gluten free Mama's is the best. I love that it does not have a gritty texture, doesn't have all the almond skin pieces which yields a great crumb for all my favorite baked goods! I use it for everything. I love that it does not have Xanthan gum so it makes it more versatile.

I absolutely love Mama's Almond Blend Flour! Use in everything from waffles, muffins to thickening flour. I would highly recommend it as part of your GF pantry!

I've been using this blend for years. It's pretty much a cup-for-cup equivalent when converting from regular recipes (although I do reduce liquids sometimes when converting to be sure there is no gumminess)
Makes great muffins, pancakes, chocolate chip cookies, cakes, breading, etc!

Great blend. I wish it wasn't so expensive.

I love using this flour for everything. Since it doesn't have xanthan gum I am able to use it for making gravy, soups and much more. I love that it is a smooth flour without the almond skins making it gritty. There were no almond flecks before the company was sold. After the buy out it had brown flecks which I disliked, I complained to the company. Now they do not have them and I am very happy it is back how it was before the buy out. I love it so much I give it as gifts to family and friends who learn they need to be gluten free. Best product I have tried!

I have used the two rice flour blends since I was diagnosed with Celiac 10 years ago. I have enjoyed them as my all-purpose gluten-free flours, and have always chosen to buy them by the case, storing unopened bags in my chest freezer. The flour was always perfect for my baking needs. When I opened the bag of Almond Blend that I received this month, I noticed that the characteristic brown flecks of almond throughout the bag was missing, leaving me to assume that the mixture is now different because of new ownership. Disappointed!

This is my favorite gluten free flour. I use it to make gluten free recipes or just substituting for regular flour in a normal recipe and my family often cannot even tell that it is gluten free. I like Mama's gluten free coconut blend also, but the Almond flour blend is my favorite.
