I haven't tried any recipes yet, however, I have read a lot of the material that accompanies it and find all the tips specifically for GF baking and cooking very informative! There are recipes for everything that look delicious - a very comprehensive cookbook!!

So happy to have finally found a GF flour and then a cookbook that actually has recipes in it that come out like they are supposed to and taste delicious. After wasting time and money using other flours and recipes I have found the one I am sticking with. So glad to have found Gluten Free Mama and her products!!!
